Cons

Company's executive leadership is comprised of smart, good people, the CEO, CFO and CMO in particular. That said, more defined leadership within the sales team is needed.

The location of the office is the icing on the cake. Otherwise, casual yet fast-moving environment, filled with extremely smart, yet fun individuals.

Cons

Not too many cons, however just be ready to roll with the punches, as things are constantly changing.
