Great place to work. Fast paced work environment with lots to learn from. Good exposure to executives who are open to change. The company is on the up and up and the product market fit just makes sense.

SessionM is an incredibly exciting company to be a part of. It has quickly become a very mature startup/leader in the marketplace that sees value in hard working, kind and, collaborative people. SessionM gives employees a unique opportunity to learn from and engage with all divisions of the company. It is widely acknowledged that every person plays a critical role in the development and success of the company. Every day is filled which challenging, exciting, and worthwhile work.

Cons

Like many startups, employees are expected to put in 150% every day. If you aren't prepared to work hard day in and day out, it's not a good fit. SessionM also requires flexible people who can restructure their projects and priorities. You may need to complete a task at the drop of the dime, which can be demanding.

As an intern I was able to work on meaningful projects, not just ho-hum tasks that full-time employees didn't want. The culture is welcoming and open; I got to know a lot of people from all over the company.

Cons

Like any startup, there are going to be issues while trying to grow and expand. If you're not an independent self-starter it could be difficult to settle in.
