- Independence, management does not micro manage and you are supported and encouraged to be your best - Flexible schedules - Enjoyable company outings - Office has an amazing view of pier and airport

Cons

- Alcohol! Beer is frequently consumed after 5 and reduces output - Open office sometimes is distracting... CEO doesn't even have his own office
