- One of the few growth stage companies in Pittsburgh (well funded, but still flexible and nimble where you can see your work contribute to larger company goals) - World class management and investor team - Work on big deals with big companies - Big ambitions, high growth goals, high expectations - Nice perks like snacks/drinks/coffee/lunches - You feel like you are part of something that is successful and at the cusp of huge breakthroughs

Cons

- high expectations to support rapid growth and many moving pieces is not for everyone

- Conflicting client priorities can cause tension between teams. Deadlines can shift and pressure can run high. - Complex & evolving product can lead to longer ramp up times for new employees - Need to be able to carve your own path upward (not for everyone)
