The work is both challenging and rewarding as we're helping to make a difference in how customers engage with the brands they love. On the cutting edge for how marketing automation will work in the future. I have, and will continue to recommend this place to friends and colleagues as a great place to work.
Cons
The work is, in fact, challenging and often requires going above and beyond. If you're looking for a place to hide and get by, this probably isn't the best company for you. As we're growing in an undefined market, there are always areas where the company experiences growing pains, fighting through these areas will ultimately determine what makes SessionM a true game changer for our clients, their customers and our employees.
