SetSail leadership leans into what it means to be founder-led. - The leadership team not only provides exceptional insight into why decisions have been made, but they encourage the hard questions to be asked. All team members are A+ players - I am constantly blown away at the drive and intelligence of this team. What can't they accomplish? An incredible product - At the heart of it all is a product that simply makes sense. SetSail is redefining how winning behaviors are incentivized and is creating truly impactful change
