SetSail is place where a premium is placed on reasoning above all else, and it's refreshing to be in the company of a team of people who have developed such strong conceptual skills. The problems are hard, the team is smart, and the product is unique. I've thoroughly the experience of working here so far.

It's early in my tenure here but... - Warm culture starting from the top down: Monthly personal days for staff to refresh/participate in community service, etc. Calendars are open and transparent Weekly all-hands meetings highlighting people and performance updates A fairly diverse team (still room to improve) Clear company values that people circle back to - Smart people everywhere (data science, engineering, customer service, sales, content). - Growing rapidly. - Focused vision (leadership knows exactly what problem we are solving and is pushing all teams to crush the growth strategy).
