Pros

The product itself is amazing and there’s a lot of really great and brilliant people at this company

Cons

The CEOs ego is going to be the downfall here. The product roadmap changes constantly. They cannot deliver to customers and thus cannot keep customers.

Pros

- Sales Leadership is Solid! Jeremy is a great leader with his head in the game, and the Sales strategy is headed in the right direction. The new product pivot is a game changer, and great things are in store. (Now is a great time to join, especially on the Enterprise and strategic side) - The People: Overall fantastic people on the sales teams and across (The team is collaborative and looking to win together) - The Work-Life Balance: There is no ping on the Weekend (An extra day off every month, Haggai goes above and beyond to ensure employee happiness and Mental health. - Leadership: The CEO and founders are fantastic, and the company is headed in the right direction.

Cons

There are no real Cons, As with every company, Some people can be painful and jolt you into introspection; Setsail, fortunately, has 99.9%, wonderful and amazing people.
