Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence, Charity. -Good communication makes it easy for employees to see the bigger picture of the company and understand what role they play in the success of the team. Onboarding experience is well developed and new hire orientation gives a good background on the company and its offerings to clients. T -Friendly office culture and good teambuilding events. Everyone is easy to approach and work with. If you ever need assistance with something, people are always happy to help or point you towards the correct resource. -The environment fosters growth and development of new skills for employees. The team encourages team members to seek out training to increase their skillsets and foster creativity/growth in the company. -Flexible home/work schedule to accommodate employee needs. -Employees compensated fairly for their work and effort.

Thank you for sharing. We are glad to hear that you were surrounded by welcoming team members, but we are sorry to hear that you felt you were unable to find a suitable work-life balance. Our team offers remote, hybrid and in-office options. We also have flex schedules to accommodate the needs of team members. Although, depending on the specific needs and responsibilities of certain roles, there are positions that require more in-person or set hours. We recommend that team members discuss these matters with their managers to find the optimal arrangement.
