Top-notch leadership that cares about their people. Open door policy with upper management encouraging ideas and best practices. A lot of comeraderie with fellow employees. Comfortable atmosphere with no big egos. Excellent benefits and competitive salaries.

Cons

With all the good that this company, does, still there are folks that have a negative attitude and can't appreciate what they have.

Pros

Work from home. Handle your work and you won't have to deal with much of the typical workplace "BS".

Cons

Very little loyalty to the employees, despite what you'll hear from Senior Management. It feels like the big corporations I've worked for in the past (shame because it used to not). Pay isn't great. In 2019, they completely cancelled Christmas bonuses a few days before Christmas - that was pretty unbelievable. But they could, so they did.
