Pros

There is none. If I had 20 words to share about this company it would be the people in which they serve are wonderful clients. But the company need to offer a better pay wage to meet the needs of the staff that makes it all possible.

Cons

Pay these dame people's. I hate when the direct support staff is doing all the work and not getting paid 4 what they are doing. the CEO needs to do a better job at offering more money 2 the direct support staff. I bet u he is getting paid good and the client don't no who the hell he is.

love working with the clients

Poor management skills, hire people without a drivers license(when it states on the application (need a valid drivers license with good standing), indecisive, wishy-washy, pay changes if house loses clients, no personal growth, benefits are very expensive, employees are treated disrespectfully from middle management.

Pros

Idealistically, the company has good intentions about being a strong community resource to help families and children in need. In practice, what appeared to me to be the most important part about doing business was how much money the company could bill from the federal government. And to the men and women working in direct contact with these marginalized groups of people day in and day out the coffers were closed.

Cons

"Bill or die" should have been this company's edict due to the fact that from upper management down to the entry level employee the impression was given that the only thing that mattered was quantity over quality. Very disheartening in a field where serious issues in the lives of client's in dire straights took a backseat to billable hours.
