Pros

*flexible schedule *work from home once and a while *fun taking clients out on activities *will promote if you are good at your job

Cons

*no raises, not even a cost of living increase in 5 years. *minimal work-life balance *on-call 24/7 - constant calls and texts at night and on weekends. *covering open shifts

Cons

Not enough pay for the amount of work that we do. This includes reports, assessments and picking up slack for others.

Pros

Individuals are great. Schedule is flexible.

Cons

Too much red tape. Too many people refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Management is a joke. Training is rushed and not thorough. We are pressured to infringe on individual’s rights. We get paid very little and are responsible for a lot.
