      Cons

      While working in this role, I noticed certain workplace issues that were not addressed directly. For example, concerns related to diversity and inclusion were often minimized or reframed in a way that avoided acknowledging them clearly. Management tended to use overly positive language to gloss over serious concerns, which created a sense of disconnect between staff and leadership. Additionally, the approach to conflict resolution was ineffective. Employees were told to address issues directly with one another, rather than receiving structured support from management. This, combined with a lack of confidentiality—where information shared with supervisors or higher leadership was often circulated among others—contributed to a workplace culture that did not foster trust.
