As a supervisor you are limited on assisting DSP's with working in a positive and rewarding environment which reflected on how the residents were cared for. They allowed DSP's to work 20 + hours a shift which meant they sleep while working when it's 24 hour awake care, also neglected residents with not cooking for them, not showering them, many Medication Errors, yelling at the residents, and many other ways. I wasn't able to inforce corrective action, I had to allow DSP's to not follow policies and procedures or work the hours myself so they were done right and come back to see residents had to crawl because the staff wouldn't help them walk, it was so sad and upper management would not assist!!!!

As a previous poster stated, this is The Mentor Network. Depending on where you live the company has been through several names. IMO the name changes are an attempt to run away from the Bad reputation the company is known for. Give it time and these Sevita reviews will total 1 - 2 stars and the company name will change again. Corporate does not answer the phone and HR does not reply to emails. Worst of the care companies! All they care about is the money they get from the clients. It starts from the top and trickles down. Overall chitty experience.
