Pay is pretty good Ability to gain good experience

Company has expanded a lot and is reorganizing. The reorganization isn't going very smooth

Pros

Off holidays and Flexible hours. Approximately 30 % of clinical staff are actually professional along with 10 percent of direct care staff.

Cons

Despondent work culture, smug foresight, and poor management. Same problems as over 3 years ago with rate of turnover which maintains volatile environment for the participants.

Pros

Hours are fairly flexible. Helping participants with brain injuries to better their lives in the future. Benefits after 90 days (normal). Satisfying work environment.

Cons

The pay is not the best, but it's human services. If you know anything about the field then you would know that the pay is going to be low. As an LST or TL, it's an easy job, but it can be a messy job. All in all, it's decent and shouldn't have these terrible review.
