Pros

Autonomy, you rack up travel incentives

Cons

Pay was downright bad for lower level positions. They use the title of "Director" for 25% of their mgmt staff. Senior mgmt was not competent at all and supervisors had no mgmt experience what so ever. However, they were all very competent in human service delivery. Absolutly no work/life balance, expect you to be available 24/7.

Pros

The mission of the company is honorable, and virtually everyone buys into providing good care for the perople we serve.

Cons

Senior management, particularly the Chief Operating Officer, apply rules inconsistently. The Human Resource Department is inefficient, but under the leadership of the Chief Human Resources Officer, inefficient employees are protected. We have many problems with Field HR, but those creating the problems are protected and promoted. No salary increases in four years, and none expected.
