      flexible work schedule free training rewarding staff was usually polite CPR certification

      very poor middle and senior management paper work in monotonous very little advancement opportunities travel expenses were frequently not 100% reimbursed on call much of the time allowance for client is insufficient to help them meet their goals. poor pay for the amount of work that is involved

      Definitely not a long term job! Good if you are a student or looking for some benefits, and not a career advancement.

      Free valuable training like Monthly workshops, CPR & 1st aid, full time benefits start at 30 working hours per week,

      Cons

      Poor pay rate, little to no raise which takes forever, unstructured schedule, too much to deal with for the pay. I have a 4 year degree that was over looked.
