      Autonomy, you rack up travel incentives

      Cons

      Pay was downright bad for lower level positions. They use the title of "Director" for 25% of their mgmt staff. Senior mgmt was not competent at all and supervisors had no mgmt experience what so ever. However, they were all very competent in human service delivery. Absolutly no work/life balance, expect you to be available 24/7.

      Pros

      They are a great company to work for. It is a very rewarding job even though it is hard work. The skills you learn with this job are great to guide you in whatever field you end up choosing.

      The work is hard because you are always on the go. There is always something that needs to be done!

      Pros

      It is a flexible hours position and you get to meet a very diverse group of clients. It is a rewarding position that most will enjoy.

      Cons

      The pay is on the low side if you have an education. But if you are with a HS Dip or GED then it is right in the pay range.
