Overall a Positive Place to Work

Pros

The working environment within my practice group was positive. The partners, associates, and support staff were friendly and accommodating. Weekly meetings were held to keep everyone on the same page. The company hosts several events throughout the year to keep morale high.

Cons

There was a certain degree of favoritism within my practice group. HR/management played into this rather than working to remove it. Associates on the partner track seem to take more precedence over off-track associates. Employees with the same experience and qualifications as me were hired at higher salaries due to the firm's current need, definitely hurt morale/motivation. No work-life balance.

Pros

None really, other than the hours aren't that bad compared to other large firms.

Cons

Dishonest, disorganized, insufficient and unsophisticated work.

Pros

Great benefits and pay and lovely offices. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Will be opening new offices in the Willis tower

Cons

The secretarial manager racial profiles. Likes to employ people she knows and are the same race.
