      Pros

      A few very amazing coworkers! Free dinner Monday - Thursday, and free breakfast on Fridays. Great 401k. 10% Pros.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Poor compensation. Poor bonuses. Poor raises. Lack of culture. Favoritism. Awful communication. No mentors or people to aspire to be like. No growth opportunities. No accountability. 90% Cons.

      Pros

      Large, corporate atmosphere, kind co-workers who are willing to help, annual (small) salary increase, once you clock out, you're done.

      Cons

      Old school mentality, clock-in/clock-out time sheets, not a lot of time off offered unless you've been there many, many years. Not a ton of flexibility as far as time-off.

      Top-notch training for staff in the latest immigration practice, case management software; many professional development opportunities - even for a Biglaw firm. Intelligent peers; beautiful office space.

      Cons

      Staff recruitment is limited to those with prior exp or alumni of two New England colleges. I.e. it's difficult to get your foot in the door if you are not an alumna. Cutthroat competition among Billable hours-- analysts and most staff are expected to meet an annual billable hours quota. Tracking billables is tedious and can be a chore even for seasoned staff. Firm recently went through a wave of staff layoffs in early to mid 2016. You've been warned...
