Pros
I think one of the most important aspects of any job is liking the people that you work with. The people here are like a family, the office is a friendly and caring environment, and the absence of true jerks is a big plus (it can be quite difficult to find a top law firm that does not have a sizeable contingent of jerks). Further, the attorneys are top-notch, as are the clients, especially in the labor and employment group (which is most of the office). Overall, its a great place to work, and an even better place to make a career.
Cons
Well, you are still an attorney, after all. Billable hour goals to meet, very heavy workloads at times (but usually it's manageable here, they don't try to work you to death).
