Pros

Benefits are good and hybrid schedule is nice. Three days in and two days remote.

Cons

Management is by far the worst. Firm does not care about staff. Workload is unbelievably heavy with no let up and no back up. Certain races are favored and others are targeted. Secretaries do not have a supervisor who has their backs.

Horrible pay. HR is a nightmare and extremely controlling. A lot of work with little reward.

There are no pros that I can remember.

Cons

As a minority attorney. Horrible micromanagement and microaggressions by middle management that are condoned by higher ups through silence. They see it. They know it's there. They do nothing about it. Get your experience and then leave.
