The checks did not bounce.

Cons

One of the worst experiences of my professional life. Toxic work environment. I could sit here detailing the reasons that the firm is poorly managed and the clients are ripped off in an unethical manner, but more to the point I have never dealt with such a loathsome group of sociopaths.

As with any large firm, this firm had many resources and a great reputation. The salaries and benefits were competitive.

Cons

There were high spoken and unspoken billable hour requirements. For new employees, the "free market" system of securing work could be challenging at times.
