Great hands on experience and associates are encouraged to participate in pro bono volunteer attorney program. Early and direct client contact. Salary is competitive with peer firms.

Cons

Billable hour requirement is high when compared to peer firms as is the non-billable hour requirement relating to business development, training and writing scholarly articles.
