Pros

administration did allow accommodations for my disability loved my experience working with children

Cons

admin does not respect the mental labor put into this job. while i was given accommodations, at some point it seemed that i and my disability were a problem to admin based on their attitudes and behavior. they WILL talk mess about you. if you are BIPOC/LGBTQ+ do not work here. this is very much a white space. Discrimination and micro aggressions happen here. very low pay for the amount of labor they expect you to do, especially if you are BIPOC. pay is based on title, not experience IMO. they expected me to be grateful and happy over a 50 cent raise that they had worked SO hard for teachers. unethical leadership in administration.
