My work schedule was great! and the employees were wonderful to work with and the child and families were amazing. It was really good community to be a part.

Cons

The pay was low for the amount of work you do. Also the benefits were a little expensive. The administration staff lacked real direction and support from the director.

easy, relaxed, nice immediate management, good benefits, free gym membership

Cons

during the pandemic their unqualified HR fumbled several low-tier employees unemployment resulting in these individuals not receiving any for several months. HR was unhelpful, rude and defensive and the executive level individuals (CEO) failed to take accountability or care. Effectively screwing over $10/hr employees and taking no responsibility or really working to remedy it. No real room for grow No real training or development bad pay

Very family friendly, staff enjoy seeing eachother, lots of opportunity to grow laterally

Cons

No opportunity to move up/promotion or even title change, doesn't protect it's staff from anger/rude layleaders(Volunteers). Has no respect for staff time and the salary is appalling. Especially working there for 5 years.
