Pros

People were very nice, senior management was very down-to-earth. Work-life balance was extremely good

Cons

Company seems like a sinking ship financially. Morale among technicians and line workers is low. I was told by a technician that I shouldn't be wasting a college education here.

Pros

Good atmosphere, management seems to look out for the employees as much as the well being of the companies future. They promote from within which allows you to grow in your career without necessarily moving from company to company.

Cons

Pay scale seems low, and to get to a competitive wage with the annual reviews/raises would take more than some are willing to commit too.
