Solid company to work for. Always looking for ways to stay competitive and ahead of the curve. The benefits Shape offers shows their genuine care for it's employees.

Cons

Pay raises are small. It would take 10 years at a salary position to reach cap out, where if I reached it sooner I would be more apt to remain in my position long term and have a better outlook on my position. Other benefits are great, but what I take home a month matters.

Innovative company with many opportunities to develop and build a career. Global company that still values it small town roots.

Cons

Currently going through growing pains but the has a Strategic Plan in place to overcome this hurdle.
