Pros

Overall Shape is great company to work for. I've worked for a lot of manufacturing companys before settling at Shape and this is my best job. More specifically I think Shape has a friendly atmosphere, interesting work, great benefits and lots of opportunities

Cons

Like any company their is plenty areas that could be made better. The pressure to meet deadlines in the shop is always hanging over your head. Depending on where you work it can get dirty. Another con of Shape is the limits on personal freedoms, like smoking and random testing.

Pros

Shape has been an amazing asset to my family. Even as we grow, and have growing pains (all companies have them)they actively and purposefully seek to find the root cause and fix the issue. We look at capacity not only as what a machine has available to do work, but also what we humans have available to do work. It keeps us so that we aren't overloaded with tasks. They aren't setting us up for failure.

Cons

There are silos.. And it can make some work hard. It's not all teams, but there is some "us" vs "them".
