Education reimbursement, health insurance.

Cons

Play favorites, will try to squeeze every ounce out of you and then leave you with no support, poor training and development especially when taking on a new roll, allowing disrespectful employees to keep their positions.

Shape - Innovative and Growing with a Family Feel

Pros

Granted… With only 8 months with Shape, I may still be in the honeymoon phase, but I’m very satisfied with my decision to come here. Shape is a global company with a nice, family culture feel. They are working hard to expand their product line through both experience and innovation. Your ideas are heard and evaluated directly with leadership and you do not feel handcuffed with a bunch of processes and procedures (you have to think). Plenty of customer contact as Shape is tied in well with all the OEM’s around the world. And…… My wife tells me the insurance etc. is great!

Cons

Shape is in that awkward transition between a small company and a large one. Call it growing pains. Processes and procedures could probably be tightened up. Bottom line: If you are looking for a job or a company to complain about…. This isn’t it!

A family atmosphere to grow and learn

Pros

Shape has allowed me to grow as an employee through college and as a full time associate with the right blend of responsibility and freedom. The teams I have been on are awesome to work with!

Cons

Pay is slightly lower than other comparable manufacturing companies. The people and experiences have made up for it.
