      Pros

      Work/Life Balance Co-Workers Insurance Cost Pay/Bonus Ability To Be Promoted Tuition Reimbursement Flat Company Structure I've worked at Shape for 2 years and have found it to be an excellent employer. It's one of the largest employers in Ottawa County for a reason; they treat employees well and are successful. Hard work and performance is noticed and rewarded in my experience. There's also room for growth, with nearly all 'next-level' positions in the company being fulfilled from within first if possible

      Cons

      Like most companies in this day and age, you are asked to do more with less. As a global business, it can require work at odd hours to facilitate projects or meetings with co-workers in Europe or Asia.

      Pros

      pros would be... the insurance is cheap and you're guaranteed 8 hours. i would recommend to a friend just for exp.

      Cons

      engineers are kings people who work on the floor and run the machines don't know a damn thing IN SHAPES EYES. the standardized work is changed constantly and if you get caught not doing it right it's a write up. 4 write ups of any kind youre gone (what happened to me) it's a good stepping stone but def not long term employment.

      good machinery ample tooling clean environment average pay

      Cons

      nepotism within management health and wellness requirements were too infringing on personal life overworked employees in production areas to the point that they leave the company
