      Pros

      People that I worked with, we're nice and helpful. That is about the only pro that could be attributed to my experience with this company.

      Cons

      Pay is sub standard. Management is disconnected. Training is non existent. Policies are arbitrarily enforced. Impossible to get a straightforward response from staffing or plant management. On several occasions told to report and then when arrived set home because they didn't need staff do to low production needs. Quality control is iffy at best. Some managers do seem to care about quality, but the vast majority only care about making numbers, no matter the quality of the item. In general, this is a very frustrating place to work if you care about doing your best and if you take pride in your work. Trust me they don't!

      Pros

      It's a job - but not a good one.

      Cons

      Way too much favoritism. If you want a raise, leave and then come back. They take everyone back and pay them much more than when they were there the first time. Management is arrogant and disconnected from reality. HR is a joke...if you are "connected" polices don't apply.

      Thank you for your feedback and time at Shape. We aim to have a locally competitive compensation package for all of our associates that includes wages, benefits and a quarterly bonus program. All these are reviewed on a yearly basis to ensure our associates are fairly compensated.

      Pros

      Good benefits. 401k and healthcare is good compared to other similar companies. Quarterly meetings keep employees aware of current business status.

      Cons

      Pay is weak compared to similar employers. Overtime is mandated and often required on short or no notice. Reviews are always tied to mediocre pay raises no matter how exemplary the worker. Management is entirely disconnected with the day-to-day practices of most employees.
