Pros

Started with a focus on real patient care with benchmarks and flexibility

Cons

Focus became strictly an unattainable number game driven by metrics. Lost focus on patient care and building a connection between nurses and members.

Pros

You will be able to coach a lot of members and refine your coaching skills under a manager and team of collegues you meet with virtually about 3 times a week.

Cons

Only 2 or 5 min breaks between back-to-back calls can make it very challenging on your own mental well-being and many coaches leave due to burnout. Also, half the members are not engaged or kind on the calls.
