None. Maybe the team I was part of sucked.

Cons

- I don't think the management knows how to run the company properly. - Poor leadership and a lot of micromanagement. I have never left a review of a previous company before and I have experience working with 5 other companies in my lifetime.

Pros

I’m not going to sugar coat it, it’s a challenging, fast-paced environment and it’s not for everybody. That being said, if you’re the type of person who eat, sleeps, and breathes digital health and loves what you do, then this is the place for you. Everyone here is dedicated to the company’s mission and excited about the work we do. If that doesn’t sound like you then do us all a favor and don’t apply. We only need more exceptional and passionate people.

None. I absolutely love it here. It’s the perfect work environment for me.
