      Nothing unique in their product offerings. Everything is copied from other Japanese manufacturers.

      Great People to work with. Products are extraordibary, chance to work globally as only few people are willing to get out from Japan.

      Very difficult to make a growth due to huge loan amount.

      Convenient location is about the only benefit.

      Cons

      For IT department absolutely NO career path, communication or investment in it's most valuable asset its EMPLOYEES unless you are one of the IT Director personal favorites. Basically only focus is cost and expenses with layoffs every 6 months so very depressing environment. Sad thing is they fire the good people and leave the underperformers management likes in place.
