      The team working behind the scenes at the local Sharp branch is phenomenal. They care about the customer and are willing to do what they have to do in order to take care of the customers needs.

      Cons

      While leaving decisions to the local management team is ideal, change management is necessary, and needed ,from the top levels of the organization during intense growth.
