      Pros

      Sharp has a very strong product line and they are cutting edge with the new product lines that are getting introduced. Unbelievable benefits package, salary excluded. Makes it tough to leave.

      Cons

      low commission structure, poor follow up on initial product training. No equality in account sharing or territory. Favoritism to the max.
