Pros
Sharp has great management who care and train very well. They have an amazing training program and you are constantly learning how to spin sell and gain more product knowledge for appointments. Sharp is one of the best companies in terms of technological advancement. It is a fun environment and laid back. There is also potential to earn a lot of money your first year
Cons
Downside is that Sharp is becoming more micromanaging. There is a high turnover rate like any job and the base is somewhat low. However you have potential to earn it back in commissions. Another downside is that you have to drive far from the city for meetings multiple times a week.
