      Good benefits. Great holiday and vacation schedule. Salaried employees receive unlimited sick time.

      Cons

      Very strict office hours. 9-5 but expected to stay way past 5 regularly as a salaried employee. Even when completeing Tasks from home. Micromanaged even though every deadline was met with plenty of time. Used to have great employee purchase plan for consumer products. Tvs. Camcorders Vacuums, microwaves vcr/DVD and air conditioners. Now you can get tea pots and air purifiers.

      Great place to be recruited on to bigger and better opportunities.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the work. Little to no development. High turnover. Old school sales techniques in a high tech sales environment. SBS is a very young company and has a long way to go, but there is no point in sticking around to find out how long.
