I worked in Finance and the technology and tools were top notch

Cons

Management is very old school culture in a condescending way. Favoritism plays a big part in your career path and the Finance area was way overstaffed.

Cons

You never know when your turn to get the ax. Their is no advancement no career assessment. Senior management offers no direction, everyone just flies on their own.

There wasn't a very high turnover. Worked with a great bunch of people

Cons

Management was a big challenge. They move people into position that don't belong there or can't so the job. They change the procedures every day. They outsource jobs to a friends company. Take two hour lunches. Do homework all day and leave early to go to school. Sleep at their desk. Come in late EVERY DAY. The HR & Ethics committee should really look at these people. They got rid of a lot of people a few years ago and to this day can't get anything under control. They are a mess
