      Pros

      There were many pros at one time, but not currently. With the financial status of Sharp Corp. and the fact that they pulled out of the TV and Consumer business in US and Canada.. there is not much left.

      Cons

      The Mahwah campus has been sold. Constant downsizing .. and currently outsourcing everything they possibly can. Another layoff in the near future. Not many people left there with a future.
