Difficult management. You will get written up often even for making a minor mistake. PTO requests were denied even if you have earned PTO hours.

Cons

Rehab department not always respected by MDs or other professionals, pay is minimum wage for sharp workers, hard to work your way up in this particular position, acute rehab team is severely underpaid in comparison to other healthcare systems
