      Pros

      Senior ER techs are very experienced, leads are always supportive, and it’s a great learning environment. Nurses are very caring.

      Cons

      Challenging patient population with comorbidities make the shift very long and challenging. Many of the patients speak Spanish, so bi-lingual is almost a must.

      friendly staff, great benefits, sharp experience

      Cons

      Allow your new staff to learn the job, do not compare to employees that have been there forever.

      Dental benefits are excellent and health benefits are cheap, pay raises are good. Good morale. Have recognition program

      Cons

      Some management don’t want to listen, stressfully but good team work, policies and directives are sometimes followed.
