You get a paycheck. Few honest and quality people trying to do good stuff Benefits are ok.
Cons
Complete gossip culture and land of favoritism. Lots of hires and promotions that are relatives and friends of SHP VIPs and SHC VIPs. Managers and directors who party and get vomiting drunk with staff outside work. Horrible lack of professionalism. Creates questions around why those that do this seem to get more breaks and opportunities. It looks bad. Hard work, results and loyalty won't get you you ahead. Opportunities for advancement are hard to come by but if you a favorite they may even make up a new job just for you. Complete chaos everyday. Too much work to few staff. Expect to get a paycheck for one job though you will be doing 3 with little support. People always getting sick due to stress or told to put vacation on hold to meet deadlines. Some of Shps best staff have been leaving. CEO out of touch and only laserbeam focused in on sales and marketing.
