      Pros

      Good pay. Company takes safety seriously. Good equipment. Ok vacation time. A lot of good people work for shaw industries.

      Cons

      The only difference between a 30 year employee and a day labor brought in for the week is the employee has more vacation. Advancement greatly enhanced with "Atlas Shrugged" type mindset. Job description changes moment to moment as management deems necessary.

      Pros

      The pay was great and the warehouse is well organized.

      Cons

      All the employees complain about there job. If you are one minute late you get a point after so many points you get written up.

      Pros

      Professional environment, high rate of training and development, easy to change jobs within the company, excellent management trainee program for recent grads, most managers have engineering degrees.

      Cons

      Bureaucratic, few female managers and no female executives, headquarters and most plants located in small towns, old school, top heavy with too many management layers, ineffective employees seem to be protected against losing their jobs, "sink or swim" culture.
