Strong executive leadership An outstanding culture that inculcates inclusion Provides that small company feel despite being a large, successful company Treats employees like professionals Respects/encourages work-life balance

Cons

Unfortunately the changing culture that makes Shaw great can be slow to reach individual departments. While my overall experience has been great, the first few years were a struggle, due to a restrictive environment rampant with micromanaging. This, from my experience, isn't the norm, but rather is a sporadic occurrence existing in only certain departments.
