Pros
Most people appear to genuinely care about you and your experience. Great support from upper management at my facility. Never a shortage of value added work to be done! Shaw has many different processes and gives many of their engineers a chance to at least see how they all fit together.. This gives less of a "cog in the machine" feeling.
Cons
Many facilities are 24/7 so this can require you to be on call. Snap decisions and turn around can also create for a hectic lifestyle. Occasionally getting drawn into office politics. "Littlest" big company you will ever work for, word can travel.
