Pros
The harder you work the more you'll make in this job. There is lots of competition but Shaw's product is very strong. The team in Dalton is an amazing support. You have complete freedom to work from home. No day is the same, you create your own schedule.
Cons
Can be hard to develop your territory if you share with a sales rep who's been with the company a long time. You may only get accounts that haven't done business with Shaw or may need to cold call to generate business.
