Pros

Absolutely wonderful managers, the customers are generally friendly, the store layout is easy to remember, Sick Leave as a Part Timer, Everyone in the department is friendly and approachable and it isn't intimidating or scary to approach them and ask for help, Managers understand when you have to call out sick or reschedule and you get coupons for covering shifts

Cons

Sundays are absolute hell I am not joking

Pros

The accumulated paid time off program is a great benefit.

Cons

The corporate culture is toxic, unsupportive and self important. They are profit driven to a fault and overlook their customers’ needs, spending an “unlimited” budget on corporate visits, while continually bullying their associates to perform better in less time. No OT or holiday pay allowed for department managers, who already earn less than their managerial peers in other retailers.

Not intensive work, and it is fulfilling to work with customers.

Cons

The managers are abysmal and bitter. It is clear that years of working with the public has drained their ambition. They're husks.
