Pros

The hours flexible and most time off requests are met. You receive an employee discount on all items and it is doubled on store brands.

Cons

The pay is measly. The schedule comes out on a Friday or Saturday and starts on Sunday, making it difficult to plan your week.

You are powerless and get tired fast, the job inspired me to be depressed multiple times, terrible music constantly played

Easy work and when in grocery you primarily work independently.

Cons

HR is distant and not helpful. Promotion givens based off of having a lot of available hours rather than performance (resulted in that employee stealing and getting terminated)
